Exclusivity
In this very fast paced and everything can be found right away with just the right keyword on the Internet, where social media rule, people can be overshare about their life. It's good if you're doing for yourself but it is kinda vain if you are just doing it for the sake of showing off.
To coincide with me walk the talk, I have done some measures in my life so I won't overshare with strangers. I quit irrelevant social media like Facebook (almost a year now), WeChat (since 2015) and them gay "dating" apps (since 2015). I do log in into Facebook once awhile when I have to contact a running club in MYY who only can be contacted via that particular media.
I almost wanna quit Instagram too but I find happiness there in terms of memes, though those memes 90% came from Twitter. Since I don't give up on happiness, I decided to post less pictures. And even if I do wanna share a pic or two, I'll make sure it stays online for 24 hours just. Unless pictures of me joining running activity, cause I wanna keep that as my future references.
I almost wanna quit this blog too cause I can voice my views in Twitter more efficiently but at times, Twitter can be the place to overshare things, so that's why I keep this blog cause few knows about the existence of this blog. Besides, I already changed the URL, so my past reader wouldn't be able to keep up. Here, I can post whatever I want. I've been here way before I joined others social media. This was my home and hopefully still is. Looking forward to more posts in 2017. :)
