Fashionable Monday 2
I was attending a dinner last night (11.April.2010) despite i'm quite busy lately. Thank God, I buy my outifts earlier (during CNY this year) and at very near place (Unaco), so i don't have the problem in looking for the right outfits days before the dinner. Thank God again, no one dressed the same as me cause it will be an awkward moment. Accompany by Miehoon as my plus one that night, we did enjoy the night except for the dinner itself. The food is not enough, so yes, i'm still starving after the dinner.
This entry is not about the food and complaining, so lets start with the fashion police session.
Best Dressed Group : CSD5K
This not because they are my senior (or nak ambik hati diaorg) but because they are really deserved this title. First, they are colourful and risky than any of us. They have green, red, purple, blue and etc while the rest of the group wear dead color and very cliche. Of course they have to step up the game last night because they are the one we are celebrating that night and kudos to them. Second, they are sparkling! The theme for that night is Glamorous and that G-word would not complete without any sparkle!
Best Hairstyle : Rinah Mantirih
Yes, she worth the title with the effort she put on the hair. It look flawless and gorgeous. It completely a makeover. From someone to a stylo!
Best Dressed : Shalvinder Edday
Nuff said. The gladiator heels, the cute belt that complete the look and the very gaga-ish shoulder pad? Very unexpectable and yet stylish and yes, GLAMOROUS! She know what is fashion!
Fashion Disaster : Lots of them
Where to start? Let start from the casual look. Tons of them. They don't take the theme seriously. I admire theirs "Break The Rule" concept but hey, i'm a fashion police. I'm still going to arrest you.
And then, there was some people who dress to death but her attitude was going to the drain. Your egoness will not bring your daringness to the front but it brought you to my list of "Fashion Disaster". Attitude when you flaunt what you got is important or else you will become Kristen Stewart (who apparently can dress up but not in the term of giving smile).
The ruffles? Are you kidding? It looks like the 'obor-obor' are stamp onto the outfits and screaming "Arrest this person!" The front was okay but when you turned your back, its a typhoon.
Here we go again. The fur? So wrong! Glamorous not equal to fur, if you know what fashion is. Or else, its a fashion crime and PETA would thought it as a real crime for using animal feather. And to put it on your head is just LOL. Thanks for the jokes!
There you go, my fashion sense detect some of the fashion success and fashion fail. Hope any of you would step up the game next time around. And yes, i'm not the best in fashion world but at least i'm still better than any of you.
