Sweat Cocktail

Some of you might not know that I've been working so hard (I guess) to lose weight. Its all started back in the end of February 2011 when my mom told me that I eat like my dad and might have diabetes if i continue to do so. Well, that's definitely a wake up call. I meant, i can finish the syrup bottle in just a week, all by myself and i eat everything i can eat. Beside, i don't love myself when i look at myself on the mirror, I saw a very fat, unhealthy and low self esteem man. I just don't like what i saw.

Eventually, i start to do jogging two times in a week before i increased it to three times and as the time passed by, i jogged five times a week. Since i got back to Kuching, I can't promised to do it as much as i can in Miri. You know, with the very busy schedules. 9am to 5pm class. For your information, my mission for this month is to eat less rice (supposed to be 'Zero Rice Intake' but since i just ate rice at SCR on day 8th, its changed). Its a very challenging mission so far, there is some time i just fed up eating noodle but no pain, no lose.

Anyway, i want to share with you guys my current workout songs. Mostly, its a dance pop songs. My first choice is Judas by Lady Gaga. Its a very nice song to warm up my ear and my soul while i start my workout. Next songs are both by Avril Lavigne from her latest album. They are Everybody Hurts and Wish You Were Here. For the first one, its a very symbolic and motivated song as everybody is hurt when they do the workout, so its a song that remind me about that matter. As for the second one, its just a song that remind me of my dad. When i think about him, i forget that i actually jogging. Lol.

Fourth workout song is by Pitbull featuring Ne-Yo, Afrojack & Nayer titled Tonight (Give Me Everything). Pitbull is my personal favorite Latino rapper beside the beat is very relaxed and yet energetic. Usually when this song is playing, i was actually just finished jogging on the UiTM Samarahan car park around the rugby field. Then S&M Remix by Rihanna and Britney Spears is playing. Well, both are my girls and they are singing about sex, what's not to love?

Odd choice is next, titled Tanpa Kekasihku by Agnes Monica. Yes, it is not an upbeat song but the arrangement of the song is so powerful, its inspired me to do more. Final song will be E.T by Katy Perry featuring Kanye West. My feet is running to the beat. So infectious and brilliant. After all of the song is done playing, i will playback the list. Anyway, this playlist will be change rapidly according to the releases of the new music.

p/s : Current obsession workout song are Turning Tables by Adele & The Edge of Glory by Lady GaGa.
