7 Days of 1K of Jumping Rope
Hey, everyone!
During this past seven days, I was on a workout challenge which I called "7 Days of 1K of Jumping Rope." The challenge was to do at least 1000 of jumping rope per day for seven days straight. The idea came out when days before that, I was able to do about 700 of that a day, so I challenged myself to do more.
Turn out, I can do more. So, below is the number :
| Date | Number of Jump |
| 22 June | 1100 |
| 23 June | 1158 |
| 24 June | 1605 |
| 25 June | 1138 |
| 26 June | 1157 |
| 27 June | 1095 |
| 28 June | 1654 |
| TOTAL : | 8907 |
| AVERAGE : | 1272 |
Woohoo! I'm happy that I can do it and finish it. I learnt to finish the crap that I created! Lol.. Though I almost give up on day 6, cause I thought maybe I could do 7 Days of this hell nonconsecutive, instead of as the plan but thank God, I denied the access of that thought. Through that seven days also, my jumping rope lose it grip. Yeah, the grip on the rope is fall off and I have to used cello tape to replace it. My legs kinda hurt and I can't walk nicely which I believed the muscles are building up. Worst of all, I whip myself. The scar on my left hand is visible.
I didn't do that one thousand non stop, the most I could without stopping was 300. I do it 100 times (or more, until I step on the rope or I lose my breath) per jump non stop, not less than that. If I happen to step on the rope before I could I reach 100 (happened most of the time!), that will be count as ZERO. So, it was hard and probably I did more than the number I shown above if that was counted.
Will I be continue doing it? Not sure, it was hell! Lol.. But I'll do it if I want to. Time to think of another crap challenge.
