BKI 2016

Earlier this month, me and my siblings had a short vacay. Of course we went to Kota Kinabalu. That city is literally our second hometown. We visit it more than we did with Betong. Betong is just too cumbersome to reach. ☹ Beside, we managed to secure a Year End Sale by Maswings. Like 70 MYR each, one way trip. 

This time around, we decided to go to places we (or, them siblings) never been before; Poring and Dairy Farm. Sadly, since I can't apply any holiday yet, we have to go for a short one. So, we aren't able to go to many places. Plus, we can't find anyone that willing to bring us to such places. We end up go to Poring just. That pun, tak mandi air panas. Lol.. Sempat mandi kat air terjun ja and it was cold, rainy kinda day. Lol.. But it wasn't the destination that count, it was the journey and the experiences. Maybe next year we can go to a lot more places with a lot more time allocated.

Arrived at the park via Uber. I went here first time, exactly 10 years ago, on a school trip.

About an hour plus plus via taxi, we arrived at the Poring. It was rainy. I bawa payung sendiri cause I went anywhere with my payung. My siblings had to bought two for them. Nasib ada jual kat luar that location.

Masuk Taman Kupu-Kupu, I have never been here before, so alang-alang dah sampai sini, masuk ja la. About 3 MYR per pax pun. Nothing extraordinary, unless you appreciate nature like I do, then you'll be mesmerized by it. If I was a designer, I can look up to the beautiful butterflies as my inspiration.  

BTS of this pic, I thought the rama-rama was alive. Told my sis to take a pic before dia terbang. Dah snapped gambar, rupa-rupanya dah arwah. Sedehh. So i literally bergambar dengan corpse of butterfly. Sorry, tak bermaksud nak menyinggung perasaan komuniti serangga. ☹

Inside this cage, tons of butterflies. Termasuk praying mantis. I hate them. Not Trump's hate but you get by what I meant. 

Ni dah sampai kat atas. Kena jalan (or hiking, depends with your stamina) about 600m dari Taman Kupu-kupu tu. Sampai sana ja, takda orang pun. I just jumped right into once I saw it. Dah la isipadu air terjun banyak since baru ja hujan. 

Ni gambar kat bawah that tallest waterfall. Deras, sejuk and then suddenly, ada ikan menggigit your legs if you're standing long enough. This pic was taken right before the fish feeding on our legs. My sis managed to took that reaction pic tapi weolls semua look so ugly at that sebab tak tahan geli. ☺

Last moment before saying goodbye to that waterfall. Nampak tenang, tapi silap sikit ja boleh jatuh dibuat nya sebab deras sangat.

Ni tunggu kawan kakak ambil balik pergi bandar. Ready for our early flight in the morning, the very next day. Tak sempat pun shopping but that's a sign perhaps. Huhu..

Adios Kota Kinabalu. See you again somewhere in the future. Simply the best.

My Mom..

Today, I'm going to tell you guys, about my mom which many of my friends do not know. Every time when someone talking about cleaners, i get very sensitive most of the time. My mom, Tida Bo, work as cleaner before i could even reading to support our family. She working in many places before settling down in Shell's Main Office at Miri (not the pumped station, ok?) Here the picture : She work like there was no tomorrow and really hard. Even though, some of her higher education colleagues always look down on her, she never gave up because she know, she still have us to support of. I know, if me and my siblings are already got stable job, never ever she would stay there. Her spirits is always beyond any of us. That's one of the million reasons why she inspired me the most. Page 296 I decided to make a new segment in my blog to celebrate (alasan!) my 4th anniversary as an active blogger which will be so on Nov 19th. Since then, I have a medium to share what's behind the scene of my life, what I have been thinking, and I have evolve ever since; physically or bloggaly. Huhu.. I made that up. Ya la, since my blog pun dah changing names, templates quite a few times. Anyway, the segment will be call Pre Zero Nine, which mean before 2009.
