Effort

Not sure if I should be sharing this to you guys but since I already told about it with my BFF, so why not? I think it's a good story to share.

The other weekend, I was ready to get on with my casual weekend (read: in bed all day, eating and watching movies & tv series), then I got a text from him. He asked me out and told me that he'll pick me up around 1:30pm. It was 10am at the time.

I don't ask why 1:30pm and not right now since I have a Christmas parade to attend in the evening with my siblings; I don't ask simply I don't want to sounds all FBI and stuffs. So came to conclusion that he is probably out watching movies, since it seems fitting with the time.

Just before 2pm, he arrived. A bit late but that's okay since he texted me he's OTW after 1:30pm. I knew he's the type that meant his OTW. Little did I know, he was from Kuching in the morning and flown in to Bintulu, then drove all the way straight to my house in Miri. If you know Sarawak's geography, you'll know how long it took to do all that travel. He was at Kuching, when he asked me out. I'm flattered that he do that to me. I mean, that's effort. Initiated the date then come through with the plan.

I don't think I met someone like that before. He keeps on impressing me. How can I say no to someone like that? I mean, obviously, I will always say yes to him but he make himself a stronger case with that kind of quality. I have never been treated that way (except for my straight friends). Someone would do all that, just to meet you. He's a keeper. Definitely.

p/s: Find you someone who shown his efforts to be with you; everyone deserve that. :)

My Mom..

Today, I'm going to tell you guys, about my mom which many of my friends do not know. Every time when someone talking about cleaners, i get very sensitive most of the time. My mom, Tida Bo, work as cleaner before i could even reading to support our family. She working in many places before settling down in Shell's Main Office at Miri (not the pumped station, ok?) Here the picture : She work like there was no tomorrow and really hard. Even though, some of her higher education colleagues always look down on her, she never gave up because she know, she still have us to support of. I know, if me and my siblings are already got stable job, never ever she would stay there. Her spirits is always beyond any of us. That's one of the million reasons why she inspired me the most. Page 296 I decided to make a new segment in my blog to celebrate (alasan!) my 4th anniversary as an active blogger which will be so on Nov 19th. Since then, I have a medium to share what's behind the scene of my life, what I have been thinking, and I have evolve ever since; physically or bloggaly. Huhu.. I made that up.
