Team Building (Jan 2010 - Apr 2010) : Review
As you all know (from my previous post), i spend my entire weekend at the Alapong Camp for the Team Building organised by CSD4K student. Yes, i brave my heart and left my laziness at the back to come to the event. I'm glad i did because i can't imagine what would it be if i chose to not come. Tired and sleepy. Yes. Enjoy and happy. Yes. Bonding and some ridiculous moment. Yes. That's some of the thing i get from the event that offered a lot of activities.
Some of the highlight :
1. The 2 hours journey to the camp was fine except for the vehicle which we used that is the orange school bus. It didn't suitable for hours destination but thanks for the beautiful scenery along the way that kept my eyes comfortable. The from-Alapong-to-UiTM journey was forgettable because most of the time, i slept.
2. The weakest thing ever happened during the event was, there is actually no ice-breaking. A real one, i mean. Not all of the participants knows each other that well especially CDK1K students. There was no proper introduction to each other. In the group, maybe, but what about the entire participants? Hurm..
3. The participants was very easy to work with. There is no diva-ish issues or demand. When you asked them to lunch together, they lunch together. You asked them to wash their dish, they washed their dish. They are easy to handled and very cooperative. Although there is a case, the rest of it was well done.
4. The activities was okay and really challenging (if your candle lights up till the end then it is, in case not, it just peanuts). The 'Tongkat Amanah' was the best follow (i got few bruises out of it) by the 'Water Confident' (i'm FLOATING!). The rest was good and i believed we all got the messaged from it.
5. The Red group was the best. Except for the last placing from the other groups, we did enjoy every moment of it. Thanks to the fellow Red Devil.
Next semester? No. Not that i don't like it but i think one is enough. LOL! Congratulations and thanks to the lecturers, the people from Alapong Camp, the participants and the AJK.
