Calorie Count
Hey y'all. So, some of you might noticed that i'm quite active this week. With two post in a day. Just to clear your thoughts, i'm not doing this because of the fact that a blogger can gained more than RM2000 a month. No. It just that i have many thoughts on my mind and my life that i want to tell you guys.
At first, they suggested to me to have 1900calorie a day but i want to do it extremely, i drop 100 calorie. Until this evening, i have consumed about 1500 calorie! WTF. That is huge. Coincidentally, the day i want to start watching my diet, i eat KFC. 'Good'. Lol.. Below is the amount of nutrients i taken so far.

Today is my first day of my mission to lose 10kg (or about 20lbs) in 3 months. Sound ambitious, huh? With the fact that i don't eat during lunch (quite much) and i have to walk about 1km in a day to go to my office, i think this is the best option to go for it. I'm not overweight, in fact i have the perfect BMI but my body is wrap up by fat. I might look tough on the outside but if you really knew me, i'm quite soft. Even my mom mention about it : "The boy should have a tough skin, why you were so soft?" (kinda sounds like that) The only muscle i build is on my triceps.
Anyway, this is the website that i used to watch my calorie daily intake. Kinda scary when i see the number.
Anyway, got to go now. It is near the time to go home. Cao!
