Volunteering : Raising The Bar

Hey y'all! Let's get straight to the point. A bit tired actually and I don't write well when I'm tired.

So, today I went to Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Center (KLPAC) for the Raising The Bar event, not as the visitor or the performer but as the volunteer under RockCorps Malaysia. Mainly, we were there just to help the organizer, obviously organize the event. The event is organized as the platform for hip hop artists in Malaysia to spread their wings. Not that they have any wings, literally. 

There were 12 of us from UiTM Shah Alam. I was paired up with Khairul Anuar a.k.a Al to take care of the entrance to the Life Stage but between that, we are also asked to carried some performance equipment for the acts and to take care of the Rhythm Stage. It was fun though the pain from standing up is miserable. I met Mizz Nina and Noh Hujan. I didn't recognized them at first until Al told me about it and from the fact that both of them is selling items with Mizz Nina's brand. We met Ruffedge too. One thing, they are not as tall as their look on TV.

My Mom..

Today, I'm going to tell you guys, about my mom which many of my friends do not know. Every time when someone talking about cleaners, i get very sensitive most of the time. My mom, Tida Bo, work as cleaner before i could even reading to support our family. She working in many places before settling down in Shell's Main Office at Miri (not the pumped station, ok?) Here the picture : She work like there was no tomorrow and really hard. Even though, some of her higher education colleagues always look down on her, she never gave up because she know, she still have us to support of. I know, if me and my siblings are already got stable job, never ever she would stay there. Her spirits is always beyond any of us. That's one of the million reasons why she inspired me the most. Page 296 I decided to make a new segment in my blog to celebrate (alasan!) my 4th anniversary as an active blogger which will be so on Nov 19th. Since then, I have a medium to share what's behind the scene of my life, what I have been thinking, and I have evolve ever since; physically or bloggaly. Huhu.. I made that up.
