Tsunami's Aftermath
Worldwide know that on 3/11 of 2011, Sendai - Japan was hit by the 8.9 magnitude earthquake which follow by a 10 meter high Tsunami. It was a very devastating situation. Almost 900 people are died, and thousands are missing (to date) while Japan loss millions of money from it. All around the world start to giving hand and pray to the country.
Before 3/11/11, a 7.2 magnitude earthquake has shaken the ground of Japan, near Sendai, on 3/9/11. It is the early sign of a bigger disaster. When i heard the news, i thought it was only aftershock (well, it is aftershock, only bigger) from the 3/9. This disaster does bring me back to the Earth. Remind me that i'm just living in this world temporarily. Now that 2012 is closer (i don't 100% believe it but its up to God, if He plan that world will end on 2012, we must be ready), time to look back and see what we have done in this world. Did we used the opportunity wisely? All i know, i'm not.
Anyway, i tried to keep out myself from watching news cause i know i will be so down. The last time i really followed a disaster 24/7, i became phobia to the sea. Thanks to Sumatran Tsunami.
To those who survived from the disaster, keep strong and held your head high. Bless that you still alive. Help those in need. To those who saw/heard the news, if you can't fly to Japan, at least pray for these people safety.
Rest In Peace.
p/s : I'm ashamed as a Malaysian when local newspaper, Berita Harian, published a very disheartening comic about above disaster. Deeply sorry from me.
